Mango and Blackberry Cobbler recipe


Amazing dessert! In this recipe the cake is sweet at the expense of fruits and berries, but not sugar. It looks unusual and easily to cook.

Ingredients:

• Mango – 1 pc.
• Blackberry – 20 g
• Flour – 160 g
• Corn starch – 12 g
• Maple syrup – 12 tsp.
• Baking powder – 20 g
• Milk – 200 ml
• Butter – 50 g
• Cream 20-22% – 50 ml
• Salt – 1/4 tsp.

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 170C. Mix maple syrup and starch. Add chopped mango and blackberry, stir.
  • Mix flour with baking powder, add milk and cream. Cut butter into large pieces, put into baking dish and place into oven until melt.
  • Place dough into baking dish, then put fruits to the top. The layer of dough should be quite thin. Place it into preheated oven for 20-30 minutes.
